Holiday Red Lips

Hello everyone! Today I have an extensive posts on holiday red lips which I’ve been wanting to do for the past while. This is essentially all the red lipsticks that I have in my collection and the ones that I would recommend for people. Without further ado, here we go!

Etude House Fresh Cherry Tint – A sheer light reddish pink tint extremely comfortable to wear and lasts for 3-4 hours.

The Face Shop My Lips Eat Cherry Aqua Tint – A very sheer pure red tint a little drying but lasts 6-8 hours (and isn’t the name absolutely cute?)

 

ELF Jumbo Pencil in Movie Star – A pure red sheer tint slightly drying, lasts 2-3 hours and has a minty taste.

Maybelline Color Whisper in Who wore it Red-er – A pink red sheer lipstick extremely comfortable to wear and lasts 1-2 hours. 

Rimmel Kate Lasting Finish Lipstick in 09 – A pink based red that smells like candy and lasts for 7-8 hours. (unfortunately appears to be discontinued in Canada)

Rimmel Kate Matte Finish Lipstick in 107 – A deeper berry red with matte finish extremely smooth and comfortable to wear lasts 5-6 hours. 

Maybelline ColorSensational in Are you Red-dy – A orange based red with a glossy finish lasts for 2-3 hours. 

Maybelline ColorSensational in Very Cherry – A pinky red that lasts for 2-3 hours, extremely smooth.

Maybelline ColorSensational in Red Revolution – A blue based red that lasts for 2-3 hours, extremely smooth and comfortable to wear. 

MAC Satin Lipstick in MAC Red – A satin blue based bright red glides smoothly over lips but has a tendency to travel throughout the day. Lasts around 2-3 hours.

Now you don’t have to buy all these lipsticks but I hope that this post helps you in determining what sort of red lipstick you want to wear for the holidays.

KawaiiBox: October 2014

Hello everyone! Today’s post is on a subscription service called KawaiiBox they are based in Singapore but ship worldwide. I received a 3-month subscription as a birthday present but each box is worth $18.90USD each and they showcase various cute things from Korea and Japan. Here is what is in October’s KawaiiBox.
